By accessing or using the Victory Scholars Program website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Victory Scholars Program provides educational consulting and advising services to help students apply to universities abroad. Our services include but are not limited to: university shortlisting, application document preparation guidance, visa preparation support, and career advising.

VSP acts as an advisor and facilitator. We do not guarantee admission to any university or approval of any visa application.

3. Service Fees

Specific programme fees and payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information throughout the advising process
• Submit all required documents and materials by agreed deadlines
• Notify VSP promptly of any changes to your academic or personal circumstances
• Maintain honest communication with VSP advisors at all times

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While VSP has a strong track record of successful placements and visa approvals, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. University admissions decisions and visa approvals are made by independent institutions and government bodies beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and templates — is the property of Victory Scholars Program and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any university admission or visa outcomes.

8. Confidentiality

All personal, academic, and financial information shared with VSP will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. VSP reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of dishonesty, fraud, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.
